Bank + firemaking

basically the bank one isn't big neither is the firemaking one

but at ::home you can walk behind the banks ... i know it's a silly bug but w/e lol

also the firemaking bug let's you firemake anywhere (even off the rs map) and i would say what people can do with it but i don't want to give any idiots ideas.

first of all, add ::fm instead of ::Firemaking, and, u didnt lock this, so ill do it for ya
