I will name THE BEST combat methods on benniscape for maxed combat stats.
To start off i reccomend training ranged + prayer (defence doesn't actually help at most training spots)
Why? simple.
Dragon darts will be your main form of "noob" training.
43 prayer + Will help you out a lot at a really good training spot.
43 prayer doesn't take many ourg bones at all. spawn about 20 and drop what you don't use. (code = 4834)
Okay so for ranged spawn 1 - 2,147,000,000 (it doesn't matter) dragon arrows (code = 11212) and EQP.
Next spawn as many iron knives as you want (doesn't matter) and also as many rune knives.
(iron = 863)
(rune = 868)
1-40 ranged iron knives
40- W/E ranged rune knives
If you're not lazy then you should get 61 firemaking (refer to Z's woodcutting/firemaking guide to know how) and spawn a hand cannon (code = 15241 , and shots - code = 15243)
Head over to ::train and kill rock crabs with rune knives (set to longrange) until 80 range. (you will have around 70 defence)

then weild your handcannon. once you can weild handcannon empty your inventory and spawn 20 prayer pots (::item 139 20) tele to ::ogres and kill them for 99 ranged - trust me, with handcannon this WILL NOT take long.
As ranged is not needed for max combat we will move on now that you have 80 or 99 range. Spawn dragon darts (::item 11230)
and make sure dragon arrows are EQP'd
Set it to rapid (inserting pic when server is on)
And tele to ::train (ogres have too high defence)
Attack and kill rock crabs until 70 strength then set it to accurate (inserting pic when server is on)
Now attack and kill rock crabs until 70 attack. Spawn a SS (saradomin sword - code = 11730)
Idealy your stats will be at this moment in time:
ATK - 70
STR - 70
DEF - 70
RNG - 99
HP - 99
PRY - 43
MGE - 1 (not important at all as you don't need runes OR level to cast spells - train if you want cape)
2 options:
1) UNFUNDED / WELFARE / POOR option
2) IDC BOWT FUNDS / AM LOADEDZ
OPTION 1 (part 1)
This is for obtaining items you don't have (Bandos armour for EG)
Recomended gear :

Teleport to ::gwds
And follow the red line up to the north-west

Protect melee, pot up, and kill the general followed by his minions (general will hit 30-40s no matter what prayer, only reduces chance of being hit often)
GENERAL + MINIONS DROP BANDOS ITEMS (THIS IS VERY VERY RARE FOR MINIONS THO)
I have gotten 3 tassets, 1 bcp and 1 bandos hilt so far.
after eating all your food enter this code + how many free inven slots you have:
::item 391 (number of free inven slots) type that out when ever your chatbox is empty waiting to enter for food.
KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL YOU GET BORED/GET A DECENT DROP/MAXED ANYWAY (99 atk/str/def)
OPTION 1 (part 2)
This time wear STR boosting gear:

Same inven as BANDOS SOLO
but protect mage
teleport to ::td and keep killing the only tormented demon. He drops a lot of rune crap but eventually (after 15 or 20 kills approx. you get claws)
claws can be traded for godswords / phats from other players but is considered the cheapest form of valued item.
OPTION 2
This is if you have the items you need/want already.
Stay at ogres with this inven:

And the best gear you own for STR bonus.
(note slayer helm is best helmet for STR bonus available to non-staff)

99 atk/str/def doesn't take too long as it is quite fun. if you're bored easily mix it up with:
::td
::gwds
::train???
::ogres
::bandits
::slayertower
Once 99 atk/str/def/hp/range (if youre not 99 ranged, you should get rune knives and dominate ogres to 99)
All that's keeping you from 126 combat is 97 prayer (but 99 is better... right?)
You will need a demonic load of ourg bones (will edit in how many when server is back up)
IMO the best way to train prayer is during training the other stats. for EG.
Protect melee, attack an ogre goin for 99 str, while your player is attacking bury all the bones in your inventory (keep spawning the bones while you kill, if you run out of prayer potions, code = ::item 139 Amount)
