Hey guys this is flying boobi the easiest way to 99 ranging is to get atleast 40 anyway u want to get it.. then you spawn rune knives and rune arrows.. you wield both and go down to ogres (::ogres) train there for about 1 hr and get 99 ranging guys I recommend the following gear btw:
- ranging void helm
- ammy of range or fury if you havent gt a ranging
- 3rd age top
- morrigans chaps or corrupt i guess
- barrows gloves
- ava's accumalator
- ranging boots
- archers ring..
that's all
this outfit is recommended since its good ranged bonus ... you can use any if you like it doesnt have to be that
